Coaching these individuals comes at a frustrating price of mental sacrifice but if you love coaching them and who they are you can see beyond that and really push to make the positive impact in their lives that they need, to help them achieve just enough to find the little things in life easier to manage is the main goal for them, just to be happier and healthier without all the hooha of meal plans, diets, training 4 or 5 days a week for hours on end. They just want to know that they can show up, train as hard as they need to, be coached well, and have guidance when they need it and want it. Most times they just are quite happy to walk in, pump out their session, have a chat and go home to carry on with the rest of their day, their daily chores never stop in these people’s worlds I can promise you that.
